NYC HPD- Residential Nameoke Apartments

Located at the intersection of Redfern Avenue and Nameoke Avenue, the apartments are near the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station. This 9 story project involved many different components for the Far Rockaway residents.

90-feet-tall and yields 78,438 square feet, with 69,030 square feet designated for community facility space. The Nameoke building is used as a non-profit institution with 117 residences each with their own units.
