With Samsung split systems in each of the 30 luxury apartments, this project also consisted of the lower floors including a church, multi-purpose room, and recreational space. 

Providing a space for worship, events, and recreational activities fosters a sense of belonging and encourages social interaction among the residents. This integration of communal spaces alongside residential units creates a vibrant and cohesive living environment amongst an efficient mechanical system known for its durability.
